The RedMax HEZ230F is a curved-shaft stick edger designed for lawn edging applications. It uses a 22.5cc GZ22S air-cooled 2-stroke gasoline engine rated at 1.0 HP, providing a dedicated power unit for maintaining clean, defined lawn borders.

The HEZ230F uses a centrifugal clutch and flexible driveshaft with a 1.25:1 reduction ratio. Its 59.055-inch tube, 14-pound dry weight, loop handle, wheel, blade guard and 7.87-inch blade support controlled edging along sidewalks, driveways and landscape borders.
