The Toro Recycler 21465 is a 22-inch self-propelled walk-behind mower powered by a 150cc Briggs & Stratton EXi engine rated at 6.25 ft-lb of gross torque. Designed for residential lawns up to half an acre, it features a 14-gauge steel deck with Toro's Recycler cutting system and Vortex Technology for mulching and bagging grass clippings.

The Personal Pace Auto-Drive rear-wheel-drive system automatically adjusts to the operator's walking speed. SmartStow allows the mower to be stored upright to conserve garage space, while the adjustable-height handle, 11-inch rear wheels and quick-connect grass bag provide additional convenience. The engine's Just Check & Add oil system eliminates routine oil changes.
