The Toro Super Recycler 21565 is a 21-inch self-propelled walk-behind mower powered by a 163cc Briggs & Stratton EXi engine rated at 7.25 ft-lb of gross torque. Designed for residential lawns up to one acre, it features a cast-aluminum cutting deck, Toro's Super Recycler cutting system and Vortex Technology for mulching and bagging grass clippings.

The Personal Pace Auto-Drive rear-wheel-drive system automatically adjusts to the operator's walking speed. FLEX Handle Suspension helps reduce vibration transferred to the operator, while SmartStow allows the mower to be stored vertically to conserve garage space. Additional features include high-traction rear wheels, ball-bearing wheels and an adjustable-height handle.
