The mower uses two Exmark-exclusive Parker unitized pump and wheel-motor systems with integrated cooling fans and a 1.7-quart reservoir. Forward speed is infinitely variable up to 10 mph, with reverse speeds up to 7 mph. A deluxe bolstered suspension seat with Elastomeric Vibration Control, hydraulically dampened twin-lever steering and a foot-controlled deck lift provide operator-focused features for extended mowing applications.
