The Kohler PA-ECV749-3007 is a Command PRO EFI vertical-shaft V-twin gasoline engine rated at 26.5 HP and 747 cc. This commercial engine is designed for applications requiring a vertical powerplant, including compatible commercial turf and outdoor power equipment.

The ECV749 uses closed-loop electronic fuel injection, overhead valves and full-pressure lubrication with a full-flow oil filter. The engine features electric starting, a heavy-duty canister air cleaner, cast-iron cylinder liners and an aluminum block.
